If you have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, the menu is basically all you can eat meats, and you will be given a card when you sit down with a red side and a green side. Turn it to its green side, and the waiters who walk around with slabs of different meats and huge carving knives will stop and offer you whatever they are carrying, but if the red side is up, they will keep walking! The Gaucho Urbano Menu
There are actually four different menu options offered at Gaucho Urbano, and those menus include the Gaucho Experience, which allows guests access to their Harvest Table, Chef’s Hot Table, and all 16 cuts of juicy and delicious meats, while the Sample Experience that gives unlimited access to their Harvest Table, Chef’s Hot Table, and nine cuts of meat. Lighter eaters may prefer the chicken and salad menu with its unlimited access to the Harvest Table and three select chicken choices; even lighter eaters may decide that the Harvest Table and Chef’s Hot Table menu is all they need! This last menu doesn’t offer any meat, but it does include unlimited visits to the Harvest and Chef’s Hot Tables!
