About the Buckhorn Inn
When you enter the Buckhorn Inn in Gatlinburg, you will discover a large great room with a stone fireplace, large windows with views of the Smoky Mountains, and the cozy feel that only comes with a specialty bed and breakfast. The grand entrance gives way into a sitting area with two old-fashioned high-backed sofas that form a romantic setting right in front of the stone fireplace. Opposite this cozy area is a dining space where guests will be served hearty and delicious multi-course gourmet meals prepared by the wonderful chefs at the Buckhorn Inn in Gatlinburg. Along with the dining space, there is a flagstone terrace that has wall-to-wall windows of the breathtaking views of Mount LeConte’s three peaks. This area remains cool and shady during the warm summers and sunny during the winter, creating a perfect sitting area. No matter if you are looking for a drink to wind down your day or a wonderful breakfast to start it, Buckhorn Inn has what you are looking for.
Buckhorn Inn’s Perfectly Curated Menu
Breakfast is served from 8 am to 9:30 am seven days and week and requires a reservation booked at least one day in advance. Their menu changes depending on the season but features dishes that are elegant and hearty. Classic breakfast fare is taken up a notch by the amazing chefs on the property. Instead of simple French toast, they are serving up Brie Stuffed French Toast with Banana Walnut Maple Sauce and Bacon. One of our favorites is the Canadian Sunrise, which includes Pan-Fried Walleye, Yukon gold home fries, eggs cooked to order, and country sausage or bacon. If you are looking for more of an elegant dinner, you also can’t go wrong with the Buckhorn Inn’s dinner menu. Also seasonally selected, their dinner option generally features a homemade soup, salad, home-baked bread, gourmet entree, and a dessert served with coffee. Dinner starts at 7 pm each evening and reservations are definitely recommended.
